3 ceggs,divided

1 1/2 chot cooked wild rice

3 ozcheese grated,divided (cheddar or your choice)

1/2 tspsalt and pepper

3 Tbspmilk

2 1/2 cthawed frozen spinach,drain

1 cmushrooms,sliced
How To Make wild rice and spinach quiche

1Beat one egg; stir in rice, half the cheese, and salt.Press firmly into an even layer on the bottom of a 9 inch pie pan.

2Beat remaining eggs,stir in spinach,milk,salt, pepper,mushrooms and remaining cheese.

3Spoon into pan.Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
