Not too spicy, just a little heat. This is an easy dinner idea that you can vary by using one cup salsa for part of the water, adding chopped leftover chicken, other veggies, cheese soup, or even doubled.

Ingredients For spicy chicken rice

1 cjasmine rice
-
2 cwater
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine

1/2 tspchicken bouillon

1 tsponion powder

1bell pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips (or a couple handfuls frozen pepper strips)

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 canchopped green chiles
How To Make spicy chicken rice

1Spray large bowl w/ cooking spray. Put rice, 2 cups water, tbsp. butter or margarine, seasonings and pepper strips in bowl and stir to mix.

2Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook at medium for 15 minutes.

3Take out, stir and add cream of chicken soup and green chiles. Mix well. Serve.
