Ingredients For sinangag (garlic flavored rice)

4 crice, steamed and day old

4 clovegarlic, crushed and roughly chopped

1 Tbspvegetable oil

1/2 tspsalt
How To Make sinangag (garlic flavored rice)

1Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until light brown stirring often.

2Add rice and break up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and stir to coat grains with oil. Cook until rice is heated thru.

3Divide among four bowls and serve with a fried egg or Filipino sausage.
