OH how I LOVE this Rice Pilaf. I could eat the entire recipe myself. It is good with steak, chicken, pork, and I am sure you would enjoy it with anything else too!

  • 1 c
    uncle ben's converted rice
  • 1 can
    beef consomme soup
  • 1 can
    french onion soup
  • 3/4 stick
    margarine

How To Make rice pilaf, mom's

  • 1
    Combine and cook in covered casserole 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir after 1/2 hour.
