Ingredients For pineapple rice kugel

  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can
    (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar

How To Make pineapple rice kugel

  • 1
    Mix cooked rice with undrained pineapple.
  • 2
    Blend in beaten eggs, melted butter and sugar.

    Put mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish
  • 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden.

    May be served warm or cold.
