Ingredients For mexican rice

1 clong white rice
-
1 cwater
-
1 ctomato sauce
-
3 clovegarlic
-
1/2 mdonlion
-
1 Tbspchicken bouillon

2 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make mexican rice

1Heat oil in a large skillet or pan.

2Slice onion, mince garlic, and sautee in pan for about 5 min then add rice and let brown a little.

3Once browned add tomato sauce, water, boullion and bring to a boil for another 5 minutes.

4Cover, turn on Low, and let simmer for 40-45 minutes or until the rice is soft then just fluff it w/ a fork and it's ready to serve!
