Ingredients For mexican rice

1 medium onion, chopped
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
2 tsp. oil
-
1 cup regular rice
-
2 tomatoes, chopped and peeled
-
1 tsp. chili powder
-
1 tsp. salt
-
1 can condensed beef bouillon
-
1/2 cup water
How To Make mexican rice

1Sauté onion and garlic in oil til soft in large skillet about 5 minutes.

2Add rice and cook over high heat, stirring constantly til mixture turns golden brown. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, bouillon and water.

3. Bring to boil. Lower heat. Simmer covered 20 minutes or til all liquid has been absorbed. Serves 6 My Old Recipes
