Ingredients For mango rice

2 Tbsponion, chopped

2 Tbspbutter, melted

1/2 clong-grain rice, uncooked

1 cchicken broth

1 cfresh mango, chopped

1/8 tspground nutmeg

salt, to taste

pepper, to taste
How To Make mango rice

1Saute the onion in butter in a medium saucepan over medium until tender.

2Stir in rice; stir well. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Let simmer 18 to 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

3Stir in mango, nutmeg, and salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
