15.5 oz. canbush's seasoned black beans

2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 ccooked white rice

4 pinchfresh or dried cilantro

2 tspcooking oil
How To Make maddy's black beans and rice with cheese

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the white rice, following package directions.

2Lightly coat a small baking dish with the oil.

3Spread the rice over the bottom of the baking dish evenly.

4Spread the canned beans (do not drain) evenly over the rice.

5Cover the beans evenly with the shredded cheddar cheese.

6Bake until the cheese on top is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh or dried cilantro.
