Ingredients For korean sticky rice

  • cooked rice (sauce will cover 10-12 cups cooked rice)
  • SAUCE
  • 1/3 c
    korean soy sauce (kokkoman maroyaka)
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 stick
    butter, unsalted

How To Make korean sticky rice

  • 1
    Combine soy sauce (found at Chinese food stores); sugar; lemon juice and butter. Simmer and stir slowly. Pour over rice.
