cooked rice (sauce will cover 10-12 cups cooked rice)
- SAUCE

1/3 ckorean soy sauce (kokkoman maroyaka)

4 Tbspsugar

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 stickbutter, unsalted
How To Make korean sticky rice

1Combine soy sauce (found at Chinese food stores); sugar; lemon juice and butter. Simmer and stir slowly. Pour over rice.
