How To Make kimchi fried rice

1In a large wok or skillet. Place the oils and add the shallot. Saute one minute. Add the kimchi, brown sugar, scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and rice.

2Stir fry until browned. Make a opening in center of pan and add the scrambled eggs. Stir and incorporate the eggs into the rice. Add the lettuce and cook until wilted.

3Garnish with cilantro
