I got this recipe from a lovely Japanese lady that I met years ago..

Ingredients For japanese fried rice

2 smallonions, chopped
-
3 ribscelery with tops chopped

1 lbbacon,
-
4 cwhite rice, cooked
-
soy sauce
-
accent
How To Make japanese fried rice

1cut bacon into bite sized pieces and fry till about half done
-
2when bacon is half done add the onions
-
3when onion is almost done add the celery and cook till bacon is crisp and onion is opaque and celery is cooked but still a bit crisp

4pour off most of the bacon grease and then add bacon,onion, celery mix to the cooked rice. stir together and add soy sauce to taste and sprinkle with Accent.
