Ingredients For italian risotto (rice)

  • 1 lg
    can college inn chicken broth
  • 3
    chicken breasts (deboned)
  • 1 can
    small hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 2 c
    rice (raw)

How To Make italian risotto (rice)

    1. Saute chicken with small onion, salt and pepper. Add one can Hunt's tomato sauce and 1 small can chicken broth.

    2. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Pour into sauce, 2 cups raw rice. In another pan keep rest of broth warm as rice cooks., keep adding more broth to sauce as rice absorbs it.

    3. Keep covered and stir occasionally, altogether 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with Romano cheese.
