This is a great UNIQUE receipe for great rice and easy.I have found that BASMATI rice is much better than white in flavor and fluffier.

Ingredients For herbed walnut rice

1 Tbspunsalted butter

1/2 cchopped onion

1/2 cshredded carrot

1/2 cchopped walnuts

1/4 tspdried marjoram

1/4 tspdried thyme leaves

1/8 tspdried rosemary
-
3 ccooked rice{rice cooked in chicken broth instead of water for extra flavor}

2 Tbspfresh parsley,chopped
How To Make herbed walnut rice

1In a large skillet,melt the butter over medium-high heat

2add the onion,carrot,walnuts,marjoram.thyme,and rosemary and cook until the veggies are tender-crisp,6-8 minutes

3stir in the cooked rice and parsley,HEAT THOROUGHLY
