Ingredients For greek orzo

1/2 lborzo pasta, uncooked

2 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1/4 coil infused with garlic

dashsalt and pepper

6 ozkalamata olives, pitted and chopped

2 Tbspfresh oregano, chopped

2 Tbspfresh chives, chopped

1/3 ccrumbled feta cheese

2 Tbspfresh parsley
How To Make greek orzo

1Boil orzo as directed on the package (1/2 a pound of orzo was used for this recipe).

2Whisk the lemon juice and garlic-infused olive oil together. Season with salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl.

3Add olives, oregano, and chives to bowl.

4When pasta has been cooked and rinsed, add it to the bowl. Stir to blend.

5Fold in the feta cheese.

6Garnish with parsley. *This side dish should be served warm.
