The name is self explanatory. An old family favorite that combines long grain white rice with white wine and Herb Ox sodium free instant chicken bouillon. Simply delicious.

1 1/2 cuncle ben's long grain white rice

4 Tbspbutter

1 lgyellow onion, chopped

1 cwhite wine, i use pinot grigio

4 pkgherb ox sodium free chicken bouillon

2 1/3 cwater
How To Make grandma's rice

1In a large skillet, melt butter. Saute chopped onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Add white rice, and saute until lightly browned.

2Add white wine, Herb ox chicken bouillon, and water. Stir lightly, cover pan, and simmer on low for 25 minutes, or until rice is done. Enjoy!
