Ingredients For garlicy jasmine rice

  • 4 Tbsp
    unsalted sweet cream butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 c
    jasmine rice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 4
    garlic bouillon cubes , or 1 teaspoon garlic powder + 1 teaspoon sea salt3
  • 3 c
    water

How To Make garlicy jasmine rice

  • 1
    Heat a dutch oven over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the butter, rice onions and parsley. Place the garlic bouillon cubes in the water and stir to dissolve.

    Stir fry the rice until about half the kernels take on a white appearance.

    Add the water to the rice, stir it well once, bring to a simmer, cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes undisturbed.

    Once the rice is done, stir it well, check for salt. Add more if needed.
