2 smcloves garlic, chopped

4 ccooked day-old long-grain rice

1/2 tspsalt (or to taste)

1/4 tspfreshly ground pepper (or to taste)
How To Make garlic fried rice (sinangag)

1Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok over medium-low heat. Add garlic. Cook and stir until lightly toasted. Add rice and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until grains of rice are separated and lightly fried. Season with salt and pepper. Ladle onto platter and serve hot.
