Ingredients For fried rice

3 ccooked white rice

3 Tbspsesame oil

1 cfrozen peas and carrots (thawed)

1 smonion, chopped

2 tspminced garlic

2eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 csoy sauce
How To Make fried rice

1In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.

2Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through. 5 points per serving (1/2 cup)
