Ingredients For fried rice

  • 3 c
    cooked white rice
  • 3 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 c
    frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce

How To Make fried rice

  • 1
    In large frying pan or wok on medium-high heat, add sesame oil. Add the carrots & peas, onion and garlic and stir fry until onion is crisp tender.

    Lower the heat to medium and push veggie's to one side and pour eggs and scramble. Add the rice and soy sauce and stir fry until heated through. 5 points per serving (1/2 cup)
