Ingredients For fried rice

1/4 tspblack pepper

2 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped

1egg, beaten

2 Tbspsoy sauce

4 ccooked rice

2 Tbspcanola oil

2 Tbsponion, chopped finely
How To Make fried rice

1In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.

2Add rice and soy sauce. Cook over low heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Stir with fork occasionally.

3Move the rice mixture to one side of the pan. Add the egg to the other side of the pan and scramble.

4Add the parsley and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Stir continuously.
