6hard boiled eggs

3 ccooked rice, warm

1 ozjar pimento pieces

1 smonion, diced
-
3/4 chellman's mayonnaise (optional)

1 boxfrozen bird's eye peas

8 ozswiss cheese, 1/2

salt to taste
How To Make egg & rice salad

1Place Birds Eye Peas in colander and run warm water over peas to break apart.

2Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix.
