1 bagboil-in-bag white rice

1/3 csugar

1-1/2 Tbspcornstarch

2 cmilk
-
2eggs, beaten

2 Tbspbutter

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspground cinnamon
How To Make easy rice pudding

1Cook the rice according to directions on package. Set aside to cool.

2In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch. Add milk and eggs, mixing well.

3Stir in the rice and bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

4Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla, stirring until butter is melted.

5Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
