Ingredients For easy peasy cheesey rice with broccoli

4 crice (cooked)

1 pkgfrozen chopped broccoli (steamed/boiled)

1container (10oz) philadelphia pourable cream cheese garlic & savory flavor

1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 1/2 Tbspbutter in small pieces

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make easy peasy cheesey rice with broccoli

1Cook your rice according to package directions, set aside. Steam or boil your broccoli till just tender, remove and set aside.

2In a large bowl, add the Philly Pourable Cream Cheese, your milk, and your salt and pepper. Mix till thoroughly incorporated.

3To the cheese and milk mixture, add your rice , then broccoli and mix well. Pour mixture into a pre-sprayed 13 X 9 baking dish, or casserole dish of your choice. Sprinkle on your cheese.

4Dot dish with the butter. Bake in a preheated 375F oven for 35-45 minutes or till lightly golden!!
