Ingredients For duck fat rice

1 lbchicken bones

1 tspsalt

2 cjasmine rice

4 Tbspduck fat

4 clovegarlic minced

3 cchicken broth

1bay leaf

1/2 cfresh basil chopped
How To Make duck fat rice

1Coat the chicken bones with the salt. Rinse the rice with water until the water runs clear. Set aside.

2Add the duck fat to a large pan. Add the garlic and cook 10 seconds. Add the rice and cook for 1 miniute stirring constantly.

3Add the stock, bay leaves and the bones. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer and simmer covered about 20 minutes.

4Remove from heat and let sit 10 minutes. Remove the chicken bones and bay leaves. Stir in fresh basil
