30 ozchick peas

1/2 cred onion

1cucumber

evoo

lemon juice

salt and pepper

How To Make couscous salad with chickpeas

1Cook couscous according to directions.
Rinse and drain. -
2Chop onion, cucumber and parsley.
Rinse and drain chick peas. -
3Add all dry ingredients and toss with EVOO, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
