How To Make colorful rice

1Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic, and rice for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.

2Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
