1 cchicken broth

4 ozcan mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1 tsppoultry seasoning

1 clong grain brown rice, uncooked

1/4 cparsley
How To Make brown rice pilaf

1Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.

2Stir in the rice; cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes oruntil the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed. Stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
