  • 2 pkg
    broccoli (chopped)
  • 1 c
    rice (before cooking)
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 lb
    velveeta cheese, cubed

How To Make broccoli-rice casserole

    Cook broccoli and rice separately. Drain both well and stir together in casserole dish. Add soup, milk and cheese to the hot mixture. Mix well.
