Saw this recipe on the back of the can when I was in college. I ate this alot. Great side dish!

Ingredients For beefy mushroom rice

  • 1 can
    cambell's beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    instant rice

How To Make beefy mushroom rice

  • 1
    Bring soup to a boil, either in a microwave safe dish or on top of the stove. Add rice, stir into soup. Cover, remove from heat, let it sit for 10 min. Fluff with a fork, serve! Simple as that!!
