How To Make baked rice milanese

1Preheat oven to 350. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Mix onions, water, and butter in skillet. Stirring, Cook over med heat until water evaporates.

2Add bell pepper, rice, seasonings, and tomato sauce. Turn the mixture into a greased 11/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake for 20 min.
