You'll get a lot of compliments and requests for this recipe. It happens every time I make it. And you can dress up any "plain" meal with this super easy recipe, because it tastes great with chicken, beef, pork...basically, everything!

Ingredients For baked rice and mushroom casserole

  • 1 1/4 c
    rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 small can
    mushrooms, chopped if desired
  • 2
    chicken bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 cup water
  • 1 can
    french onion soup

How To Make baked rice and mushroom casserole

    Preheat oven to 325'F.
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients into a bowl, and pour into prepared 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish.

    Bake for 1 hour 20 minutes. Stir before serving.
