My mom would do these up in no time. These potatoes bake up fast with great flavor and zippy spice. They go great with any meat, or chicken dish. They are always a hit at our house. Enjoy

Ingredients For zippy garlic potatoes, (papas asadas al ajillo)

6 lgred potatoes, scrubbed, quarted and then cut into eighths

10 clovefresh garlic,

1/2 colive oil

3 sprigfresh parsley

2 tsplawrys seasoned salt

1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper

1/4 tspcayanne ground pepper
-
1 tspspanish paprika
How To Make zippy garlic potatoes, (papas asadas al ajillo)

1Turn oven on to 375 degres, then scrubb & wash the potaotes, Cut in half then in quartes then in eighths. Dry all of the potaotes very well in a soft clean kitchen towell. Make sure potatoes are nice and dry.

2In the blender add the oil, garlic, parsley, salt and black and cayanne peppers. Process until all is like a paste.

3Put potaotes in a large baking pan such as a large lasagna pan. Pour the blended garlic and olive oil paste over the potatoes rub and mix well with your hands all over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a little more salt, and last the Spanish paprika. Turn oven down to 350 degres and bake in a hot oven for 55 minutes. When done open oven if potaotes have not browned enough then turn on the broiler and broil for 3/5 minutes. Serve with your favorite meat or chicken dish. Enjoy
