Ingredients For zesty baked mashed potatoes

  • 8
    large baker potatoes, peeled, cubed, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make zesty baked mashed potatoes

  • 1
    Place hot potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth. Add all ingredients and continue beating until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
