I love these potatoes w/ the peppercorn dressing, they are for sure unusual, but so good.

Ingredients For whipped peppery potatoes

  • 2 lb
    potatoes, cut into lg chunks
  • 1/4 c
    peppercorn-parmesan salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make whipped peppery potatoes

  • 1
    Place potatoes in a lg pot, cover w/ water. Bring to a boil. Boil until tender, about 20 mins.

    Drain well. Plac potatoes in lg bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat w/ a mixer on low, until smooth. Season w/ salt and pepper.
