Ingredients For whipped garlic potatoes

7potatoes, peeled and boiled

2 Tbspmargarine
-
1 - 3 oz pkgcream cheese
-
1 - 8 ozcarton sour cream

garlic powder to taste
How To Make whipped garlic potatoes

1Boil potatoes as you would for mashed potatoes. Drain

2Mash potatoes with remaining ingredients adding garlic to desired taste.

3Spread into a greased casserole. Dot with margarine. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes.

4HINT: This is a wonderful make ahead recipe. You may need to bake longer if taking from the fridge to the oven. This recipe works well with meats that do not make gravy. Example: Steak, pork chops, meatloaf etc.
