Always served when at the cottage, Up North, WI, and especially good when served with freshly caught fried lake perch or with brats.

  • 9x13 pan
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • potatoes, sliced
  • colby cheese, grated
  • wheaties

How To Make wheatie potatoes, john's

  • 1
    Melt butter in pan. Layer sliced potatoes and grated cheese. Spread wheaties on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
