I only serve these potatoes at Christmas and Thanksgiving and everyone loves them. Very simple but delicious.

Ingredients For twice cooked potatoes

  • 8 - 10
    Med Potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp
    Butter
  • Salt
    to taste
  • 3 Tbsp
    freeze dried chives
  • 8 oz
    Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 6 oz
    Sour Cream

How To Make twice cooked potatoes

  • 1
    Cook potatoes,mash them,add all ingredients, mix all ingredients until creamy, put in a greased (butter) casserole dish, sprinkle with butter, bake at 350 for 25 min (note do not add milk)
