Ingredients For twice baked sweet potatoes

4 mdsweet potatoes

2 Tbspmaple syrup

2 Tbspbutter

1/4 tspcinnamon ground

4 Tbspchopped pecans
How To Make twice baked sweet potatoes

1Bake potatoes in 375 degree oven until tender. Cut a slice lenghtwise from top of each potato.

2Scoop out insides and mix with maple syrup, butter, and cinnamon. Spoon mixture back into shells cover and chill.

3When ready to serve, top potatoes with pecans and drizzle a little extra syrup over top.

4Bake uncovered, in 375 degree oven for 25 minutes.
