Ingredients For twice baked potatoes

4large baking potatoes (2 lb.)

2 Tbspbutter

1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cchopped green onion

1/2 csour cream

1/2 cranch style dressing

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make twice baked potatoes

1Pierce potatoes in several places with tip of sharp knife.

2Bake at 400 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until tender Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.

3Immediately cut a thin slice off top of potato; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells.

4Beat potato pulp, ranch dressing, butter, cheddar cheese, green onion, and sour cream with mixer until well blended. Spoon into shells; top with the parmesan cheese.

5Bake 20 minutes.

6Potatoes can be baked in the microwave. Pierce potatoes, then microwave on high 12 to 14 minutes, turning after 6 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stuff potato shells, then bake in oven as directed.
