Ingredients For totally loaded mashed potatoes

non stick cooking spray

6 cwater
-
12 Tbspunsalted butter

2 tspgarlic salt
-
2 tsponion salt
-
2 - 8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temp. and cubed

2 cmilk
-
1 - 16 ozcontainer sour cream
-
9 cmashed potato flakes
-
paprika
-
a rasher of fried bacon (4 to 6 slices)

chopped fresh parsley
How To Make totally loaded mashed potatoes

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 2 quart 9 inch round baking dish with non stick spray.

2Heat water,butter, garlic salt, and onion salt to boiling in a 6 quart Dutch oven or saucepan. Remove from heat.

3Add cream cheese, milk and sour cream, stirring until cream cheese is dissolved. Then stir in potato flakes, mixing until all ingredients are well combined. Spread mashed potato mixture into prepared baking dish.

4Sprinkle with paprika and bake one hour or until bubbling around edges and golden brown.

5Top with chopped bacon and parsley. Enjoy!
