Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 2 lb
    ground beef/chuck or loin
  • 1 pkg
    beef stew seasoning
  • 1 pkg
    frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 pkg
    frozen tater tots
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Brown the Ground Beef, drain and add in the beef stew mix, veggies and cream of mushroom soup. Cook on stove top for about 10 minutes while oven is preheating to temp called for on Tater Tots packaging.

    Pour the ground beef mixture into a large glass casserole dish. top with cheese then top with tater tots.

    Cook for about 20 minutes in the oven or until the tots are crispy to the touch.

    Remove from oven, dish it up and enjoy!
