Very kid-friendly, this is a classic tater tot casserole. With one pound of ground meat and a few other ingredients, you can easily feed a family. Switch up the veggies with what you prefer. We opted for ground beef, but ground turkey would be great too. The soup mixture adds a creaminess that mixes with the tater tots. A weeknight meal that's perfect for a busy parent. If there is any left at the end of the meal, it heats up well for leftovers the next day.

Ingredients For tater tot casserole

1 lbground beef or turkey, browned, seasoned & drained

2-3 ccanned (drained) or frozen vegetable of choice: green beans, corn, peas or mixed vegetables (optional)

2 lbfrozen tater tots

1 cancream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1 cancream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)

1 1/2 cmilk

8-12 ozcheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make tater tot casserole

1Spread meat into a 13x9 greased casserole dish.

2At this point you can add a layer of your optional vegetable of choice.

3Combine the soups and milk.

4Cover vegetables with tater tots. Pour soup/milk sauce evenly over the tater tots.

5Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

6Add the cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
