This dish goes great with any meal. I serve it mostly with fried chicken or pork. Hope everyone enjoys it.

Ingredients For tater tot casserole

  • 1 lg
    bag of frozen tater tots (thawed)
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 3 c
    fiesta cheese blend (not taco blend)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

How To Make tater tot casserole

  • 1
    Crumble up the thawed tater tots in a bowl and mix in well the remaining ingredients, Saving out some cheese to spread over top.

    Place mixture in a 9 x 11 casserole dish and bake in 350 degree oven until cheese on top melts and starts to brown.

    Remove from oven and serve warm.
