Ingredients For tahini potato salad with avocado

2-3 lbred potatoes, cubed

1/2 mdred onion, chopped

1bunch fresh dill, minced

1 Tbspdijon mustard

1/4 cdill pickle relish
-
1/3 ctahini
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
1avocado
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make tahini potato salad with avocado

1Boil the potatoes until they are tender - about 20 minutes. Don't let them get mushy!

2Combine all other ingredients (except avocado) in a bowl. Add drained potatoes and gently toss. Adjust salt and pepper. Set in the fridge for awhile to cool down. This can be served warm if you can't wait!

3Served topped with sliced or chopped avocado (be sure to add a little salt to the avocado too).
