Autum is coming up and this recipe is pefect to go with a side dish for chicken or turkey!
My mother when she was alive when she was cooking, cooked everything to perfection. Food alway's smelled amazing in our house!
So in memory of you mom I'm shareing your recipe of sweet potatoes casserole.

Ingredients For sweet potatoes casserole

3sweet potatoes or yams

2 Tbspbutter, melted

4 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspcinnamon

1/4 corange juice, fresh (optional)
How To Make sweet potatoes casserole

1Bake 3 sweet potatoes (or yams)
1 hour at 350 degrees.Cool, peel, slice (1/4 inch slices) into greased casserole pan. -
2Pour 2 Tablespoons melted butter, 4 Tablespoons brown sugar and 1/4 cup orange juice (optional) over potatoes.

3Top with marshmallows,bake only until marshmallows are golden brown and just beginning to melt.
