Ingredients For sweet potatoe casserole
- CASSEROLE

3 csweet potatoes, mashed (peeled and cooked)

1 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt

2eggs
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspnutmeg
- TOPPING:
-
1 ccoconut, (bagged already cut)

1 cbrown sugar, light
-
1/3 cself rising flour
-
1 cchopped pecans
-
1/2 stickbutter
How To Make sweet potatoe casserole

1Preheat oven to 300.

2Drain boiled potatoes, place in bowl, add all the casserole ingredients to the potatoes,then mash all ingredients together that way the flavors blend together beautifully. Place in a lightly greased 13 inch x 9 inch pan. Make sure the mixture is kind of even.

3Mix together the topping mixture, pour onto of the casserole evenly. Bake at 300 for 35 mins. Top should be a golden brown color, Don't over cook.

4Cool for about 10 mins, then enjoy.
