Ingredients For sweet potato souffle

  • 4 c
    sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla or butternut flavoring
  • large marshmallows, cut in 1/2
  • OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
  • pecans, broken

How To Make sweet potato souffle

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • 2
    In a large mixing bowl - Mix all ingredients except marshmallows
  • 3
    Spread mixture into a 2-quart baking dish
  • 4
    Top with halves of large marshmallows
  • 5
    (optional) Sprinkle with broken pecans
  • 6
    Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are browned
