Ingredients For sweet potato souffle

4 csweet potatoes, mashed

1 stickbutter
-
1 csugar
-
2eggs, slightly beaten
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1 Tbspvanilla or butternut flavoring

large marshmallows, cut in 1/2
- OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS

pecans, broken
How To Make sweet potato souffle

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2In a large mixing bowl - Mix all ingredients except marshmallows

3Spread mixture into a 2-quart baking dish

4Top with halves of large marshmallows

5(optional) Sprinkle with broken pecans

6Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until marshmallows are browned
