    sweet potato, frozen fries
  • some
    oil for frying
  • 1 c
    brown sugar

How To Make sweet potato fries

    these are so good when dipped in the brown sugar, you don't even need salt.

    Fry the sweet potato, drain and dump in a big bowl with brown sugar, toss and serve in basket with a great merlot burger.. oh yum,
