Every holiday meal in the south includes some type of sweet potato dish. This one can be made ahead and kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients For sweet potato crunch

  • 30 oz
    sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 stick
    melted butter
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    melted butter

How To Make sweet potato crunch

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9x13 pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 350*F for 35 minutes.
