1/2 stickbutter (melted)

1/2 cevaporated milk

2eggs (beaten)

- TOPPING:

1/3 cflour

1 cbrown sugar, light

1/3 cbutter (melted)

1 cpecans (chopped)
How To Make sweet potato crunch

1Combine all the ingredients (except the topping ingredients) in a large bowl and mix well. Pour this mixture into a baking dish that is large enough to hold the mixture.

2In a separate bowl, add the topping ingredients and mix until blended. Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
